Please consider this letter as my declaration for the position of Secretary for the United Schutzhund Clubs of America. I believe I am qualified for this position with over 20 years of Customer Service experience working with the public. My strongest assets are excellent communication skills, working with people and a hard worker.


My name is Nancy Brigham. I grew up in a suburb of Saginaw, MI, where I graduated from Arthur Hill High School and attended American Institute of Banking in Denver Co. I live in Saginaw, MI. I have been a member of USA since 1996 and titled my first dog in 2002.
I have been employed by Robert F. Sonntag D.D.S. For 4 yrs.. My current position is Dental Receptionist. I am responsible for providing quality, friendly service to patients/clients, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, gathering and recording dental, medical and insurance information in patients electronic records using Kodak Practice Works Software, collect payments at time of treatment, assist in treatment rooms as necessary, responsible for all office correspondence using ms word and backup support for computer issues .
